Whipped Cream

Whipped Cream


Yield: ~2.5 cups
Time: ~10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 16 fl oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar



Instructions:

  1. In a medium size bowl beat together whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. I didn't time it but it should take a few minutes. Once stiff peaks form you can frost stuff with it. Great for pies, ice cream sundaes, and cake when you want something lighter than frosting.
