Chocolate Unicorn Cookies

Chocolate Unicorn Cookies

Yield: ~2 dozen cookies

Time: 30-ish minutes



Ingredients:

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. unicorn chips (or white chocolate chips)
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two pans with parchment paper. 
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla, cocoa powder, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. 
  3. Fold in the unicorn chips and milk chocolate chips and then spoon the dough into two tablespoon sized balls and place on the cookie sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are somewhat gooey. Cool completely on a wire rack.
