Chocolate Unicorn Cookies
Yield: ~2 dozen cookies
Time: 30-ish minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. unicorn chips (or white chocolate chips)
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two pans with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla, cocoa powder, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Fold in the unicorn chips and milk chocolate chips and then spoon the dough into two tablespoon sized balls and place on the cookie sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are somewhat gooey. Cool completely on a wire rack.
